How it works

The Mulaqat procedure

    Submit the online form

    Only the main applicant completes and submits the form on psmulaqat.com. A reference number is shown on submission and also sent to your email.

    Forwarded to the USA

    The Private Secretary Office in Islamabad forwards the request to the office of Ameer Sahib USA for verification.

  3. 3

    Local Jamā‘at report

    The National General Secretary’s Office asks the local Sadr Sahib Jamā‘at and Murabbi Sahib for a verification report about the member.

  4. 4

    Verified at National Headquarters

    Using a portal developed by the Central IT Department, the General Secretary’s Office verifies the application based on the local Jamā‘at’s report.

  5. 5

    Choose your date

    Once USA National Headquarters verifies the request, the Private Secretary’s Office processes it and you receive an email with a link to select your preferred date for the Mulaqat.
