About the mosque
Welcome to Bait-un-Nasir
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community has been established in greater Boston since the 1960s. Under the guidance of Khalifatul Masih III, Hazrat Mirza Nasir Ahmad (rh), the community acquired two acres of land near the town of Sharon.
In 1997 a mission house was built there at 4 Nasir Ahmad Road. It became known as Bait-ul-Nasr, in memory of Khalifatul Masih III, and is the home of the Boston chapter.
In June 1997, soon after it was built, the community was graced by the visit of Khalifatul Masih IV, Hazrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad (rh). It was the first time a Khalifa visited Boston, a historic visit for the community.
