Millions from around the globe joined the ceremony live via satellite television. Their vow? To uphold the oneness of God, bear witness in the Prophet Muhammad, and obey their caliph “in everything good.”

Sometimes we as Muslims have to just deal with the ignorance of the ill informed and just try our best to educate them, but when it comes from our peer, it's even more frustrating.
